Sherrone Blake Lobban, (MA Econ)
Sherrone Lobban is the Chief Executive Officer and lead consultant of DPM International. She is a
development expert with a wide range of experiences. She specialises in development planning and
implementation. Her areas of specialisation are governance and civil society; strategic planning; project
management; and curriculum development.
Mrs. Lobban has worked with the government of Jamaica and also for the United Nations in an Expert
capacity in the Contracts Processing and Monitoring Division (UN CPMD) and has recently served as
a pioneer member of the United Nations Panel of Expert concerning Sudan, where she co-authored
panel reports, including actions the UN Security Council may consider concerning the peace and
humanitarian situation in Sudan. These reports have become authority sources and point of
reference for the UN and international community. Mrs. Lobban is domiciled in Jamaica.
