Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Privacy Policy
Returns:  Some DVDs, VHS, Books and other training materials may be returned in original packaging
and without damage not later than 5 days after purchase. Returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking
charge. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges and all taxes
associated with returning the merchandise.

Refund for training courses are payable as follows:
  1. Should you drop a course within 5 days after the commencement date, you will be refunded 5%
    of the course cost.
  2. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
  3. If you should cancel your course, in writing, 28 days before course commencement date, you will
    be refunded 90% of the course cost.
  4. You will be refunded 50% of the course cost if cancellation is requested in writing at least 28
    days before the start date of the course.
  5. If you cancel in writing more than 60 days before course commencement, you will be refunded
    90% of the course cost.
  6. 100% refund will be made for courses cancelled or postponed due to under-quota or over-quota.

Advertisement - No refunds are possible on Ads that are already placed on our website. DPM
International will refund the full cost of Ads that have not been placed due to technical difficulties
experienced by DPM International. DPM International reserves the right to refuse posting Ads from any
person or organisation.

DPM International is not responsible for any error in Ads submitted by clients, including incorrect dates.

Ads to be posted on DPM website should meet the following criteria:
  • Promote a product or service that will contribute to development.
  • Does not discriminate or incite violence against any person or entity.


*All Returns and Refunds are further subjected to the following:
  • All refunds will be paid in the method of original purchase.
  • Customised / tailor made products and services including training material are non-refundable
    and non-returnable.
  • DPM reserves the right to refuse return of books, DVDs and such devises that we deem to  show
    signs of usage.
  • Additional terms may be applied to customised training.
