Geoffrey Mugisha (MA Econ)
Geoffrey Mugisha (MA Econ) is a Senior Associate with DPM International and an international
development project manager. He has over 12 years experience in Africa in areas of participatory
community development, poverty reduction, good governance, civil society participation, advocacy
and rights-based programming, including child rights plus organization development at both the local
government and national levels. He is a hands-on development manager with experience in the
management of development processes in different organisations at the grassroots, middle and top
management levels.

Mr. Mugisha has also been involved in facilitating processes that enable engagement of non state
actors especially civil society with the policy process at the micro, meso and international levels. He
has participated in a wide range of NGO/CSO advocacy and service delivery work and in fostering
constructive partnership relations with government and civil society interlocutors. He is domiciled in
Uganda.
