Cancellation, Return and Refund
Policy (Effective November 16, 2006)
This policy
applies to payments made after November 16, 2006
Returns and
Refunds
Returns*:
Some DVDs, VHS, Books and other training materials may be
returned in original packaging and without damage not later than 14 days
after purchase. Returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking charge. Customers
are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges and all taxes
associated with returning the merchandise.
*Returns are
further subjected to the following:

All refunds will be paid in
the method of original purchase.

Customised / tailor made
products and services are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund for courses delivered
Online is payable as follows:
Ø Should you drop a course 10 days after the
commencement date an administration charge will be applied equivalent to 60%
the course cost.
Ø You will be refunded 50% if cancellation
is requested in writing at least 28 days before the start date of the
course.
Ø If you cancel in writing more than 60 days
before course commencement, you will be refunded 90% of the course cost; a 10%
will be deducted as administrative fee.
Ø Cancellations made less than 28 days
before course commencement date or no shows will attract an administrative fee
of 90% of the total cost of the course.
Ø No refunds are possible for
courses that are 10 days or less.
Advertisement- No refunds are possible on Ads that are already placed on our website. DPM International will refund the full cost of Ads that have not been placed due to technical difficulties experienced by DPM International. DPM International reserves the right to refuse posting Ads from any person or organisation.
DPM International is not responsible for any error in Ads submitted by clients, including incorrect dates.
Ads to be posted on DPM
website should meet the following criteria:

Promote a product
or service that will contribute to development
2.
Does not
discriminate or incite violence against any person or entity
