| Dr. David Tennant (PhD.) is an Associate Consultant with DPM International and a university lecturer in Economics. He has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. His areas of specialization include Financing Development in Emerging Markets, Reform. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Tennant has worked on a number of high-level projects on Financial Crisis Management, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Development and Pensions behalf Reform. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Tennant has worked on a number of high-level projects on behalf of the Government of Jamaica’s (GOJ) Ministry of Finance and Planning, including the GOJ’s the policy paper on the reform of the pension system in Jamaica. He is domiciled in Jamaica. Financial Sector Reform Programme. He also played a key role in the preparation and presentation of the policy paper on the reform of the pension system in Jamaica.
